This residential mixed-use development fronting King, First, and Berry Streets is located in San Francisco’s former warehouse district. It is a component of the larger Mission Bay project, which is considered one of the most significant planning decisions in the history of San Francisco. The overall Mission Bay project will transform barren roads and abandoned warehouses into a new, lively San Francisco neighborhood of homes, parks, offices and transit ways. The development comprises an 18-story tower and low-rise flats in a series of three-story structures above a two-story parking garage. Wrapping around the base of the structure is retail space, resident amenities, such as a fitness center and leasing office, and ten loft-style apartments. There is also a rooftop community room for resident meetings, socializing, and events. ![]() |
