FFA pioneered the first urban mixed-use low rise development in North America, creating an intimate scale and greenery on three blocks in the heart of San Francisco. The project uses the podium configuration, setting the condominiums on top of two floors of commercial office/parking space. The blocks and scale are similar to Barcelona.
