FFA, along with Ellerbe Becket as consultant architects, provided master planning and design services for this project which includes offices and council chambers, library, center for the arts, theater, children’s museum, retail development, gallery and meeting rooms, pedestrian bridge, and parking structure. The program may also include an olympic aquatic center.
