Completing the existing Quad area and serving as an important gateway to the Student Affairs complex, this design provides efficient and flexible office space with natural daylight to
all permanent work areas. The building includes pleasant outdoor spaces and faces a new plaza with ornamental trees, seating and a fountain. The design is traditional in an area that was once the site of the first UC Davis structures.
